When performing the treatment there can be some slight discomfort with the small injections, we do use a machine to reduce this and disperse the feeling. There may be some inflammation after the treatment on the scalop which may feel a lttle red and uncomfortable.

The procedure itself might take around 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area. The appointment may take over an hour in order to prepare the area and provide the treatment.

Typically, we suggest this treatment is performed once every 4 to 6 weeks, but your treatment regime will be tailored depending on the condition of your hair and your desired outcome.

Your specialist may ask that you avoid washing the area, exercising and direct sunlight for the days following the procedure. Ensure you are sleeping on a clean pillow case to reduce the risk of infection. If you require advice following treatment, please contact our friendly team.
