When performing FUT there can be some slight discomfort with the graft extraction, we use a machine to reduce this. There may be some inflammation after the treatment on the scalp which may feel a lttle red and uncomfortable.

Your specialist will advise using saline solution to keep the area clean and sterile to avoid infection. It is also important that you avoid washing the area straight away, exercising and direct sunlight for the days following the procedure.
